Privacy Policy
Outstanding AI (outstandingai.org) turns one lead-singer photo — and optionally one sax-friend photo — into an ~15-second Outstanding desk-concert video.
What we collect
Account email and name, the photos you upload, the finished videos (audio and silent versions), credit ledger entries, and payment records from Waffo.
How we use it
Photos are used only to generate your clip. The photos are sent to our generation provider (APIMart, running Seedance 2.0) so the video can be rendered. We delete the photos from our storage right after the provider receives them — within 2 days at the latest. We never sell your photos or videos.
Finished videos (both the audio version and the silent version) are stored on our own storage and stay downloadable for 24 hours after completion, then they are deleted.
Payments
Credit packs are one-time. Credits do not expire. We do not sell a subscription in this version.
Sharing
We do not sell your photos or videos. The payment provider receives what it needs to charge the pack. The generation provider receives the photos for that generation. Analytics, if you allow them, receive product events such as upload and download — not the photos themselves.
Your data rights
To use any right below, email contact@outstandingai.org from the address on your account. We reply within 30 calendar days.

Closing the account uses the same email. Within 30 calendar days we delete the account profile and any clip still inside the retention window. Payment records and the credit ledger are kept for 24 months so we can handle charge disputes and refunds, then deleted.
You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
